Terms of Service

1. Who you’re dealing with
nostonemedia.com and its products are operated by Nostone Media, LLC. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
2. Digital products
Books, soundtracks, and other digital goods are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use, delivered as DRM-free downloads. Because they are delivered instantly, sales are generally final — but if something is wrong with your purchase, email us and we’ll make it right.
3. Songstone
- A Songstone order produces a one-of-a-kind AI-generated song plus a digital gift card, delivered to the recipient you specify.
- By placing an order, you confirm that the personal message is your own and lawful, and that you have permission to send a gift to the recipient at the contact details you provide.
- You may not use Songstone to harass, threaten, deceive, infringe others’ rights, or send content that is hateful, sexual, or otherwise abusive. We screen messages and may decline and refund any order at our discretion.
- The generated song is provided for personal, non-commercial gifting use.
- Fulfillment & refunds: we aim to deliver within minutes. If the song cannot be produced, we refund in full. If the gift card cannot be issued, we deliver the song and refund the gift portion. You are never charged for nothing.
- Gift cards are final sale. Once a gift card has been issued, that gift-card amount is non-refundable — the value has been delivered to the recipient and cannot be reclaimed. If a problem occurs after the gift card is issued, we’ll refund the song and service portion of your order, but not the issued gift-card amount.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe; the price shown at checkout is what you pay. Gift-card amounts in Songstone are passed through to the recipient and are final sale once issued; the service fee covers song creation and delivery.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access, and no unlawful or infringing activity.
6. Intellectual property
The Nostone universe, our books, the game Hivefall, our logos, and site content are owned by Nostone Media, LLC or our licensors. Your purchase grants the license described above, not ownership.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The site and products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll change the “last updated” date above when we do.
