1 · Confirm your book’s structure
This is what we detected. Your chapters become the EPUB’s table of contents, so it’s worth a look — rename anything wrong, untick what isn’t part of the book.
2 · What kind of copy is this?

Prints “Prepared for …” in the front matter. Reviewers’ copies are usually marked this way — if the file leaks, it’s obvious whose copy it was.
Cover image (strongly recommended)
JPG or PNG, at least 1000px on the longest side (1600 × 2560 is ideal). Without one, e-readers show a blank placeholder on the shelf and most stores won’t accept the file.
